    About The Event

There's nothing like a well-told story. Stories connect us and help us make sense of what's happening. A good story makes us think and feel in ways that numbers and PowerPoint simply can't. But how do you tell a story in the heat of the moment to make your point? During this interactive presentation you will learn a simple framework that you can use over and over again to create compelling stories that will be remembered long after the meeting is over.

    • Use 3-step framework to create an engaging story that demonstrates your point
    • Learn the storytelling tools and when to use them: Narratives, analogies and examples
    • Incorporate vivid details into your story to make them engaging and memorable
    • Practice telling your story and receive actionable feedback

Are you a talent leader struggling to navigate shifting demands and limited resources? This interactive workshop equips you to quantify the impact of coaching, build a winning coaching culture, and confidently articulate your value. Join us and redefine your role as a driver of both individual and organizational success.

        About the event:

In an era where every dollar is scrutinized, talent leaders stand at the crossroads of advancing organizational goals and managing diminishing resources – while also navigating their career trajectories. Coaching has transcended its initial buzz to become a cornerstone of organizational development, crucial for unlocking the resourcefulness needed to meet these multifaceted challenges. Amid this complexity, talent leaders often find it challenging to quantify the ROI of strategic initiatives, demonstrate the effectiveness of a coaching culture, and articulate their own value convincingly.

This interactive workshop is more than a learning experience – it’s an opportunity to redefine how you view and express your role within the organization. Together, we’ll:

        • Delve into the shifting demands of the workforce and the mounting pressures to demonstrate clear ROI in talent development.

        • Understand the application of coaching across organizational levels, articulate the tangible benefits of coaching, and cultivate an empowering culture that propels both individual and organizational growth.

        • Engage in practical, hands-on coaching exercises tailored to enhance your career growth and mobility.

You’ll emerge as a vital asset to yourself and any organization.
