About This Event

What will the future hold? Industry experts spend a lot of time and energy looking into their crystal balls to understand what is/what might come and how to best prepare for the workforce of the future.

The global shifts of the last couple of years have accelerated the timeline in a manner that may feel like we traveled in a Delorean moving at warp speed FORWARD to the Future.

So what now? What has changed? Remained the same? We’ve pulled together a panel of diverse Talent Development leaders who will share their stories and predictions.

Topics will include: learning, benefits, employee engagement, technology and more.

This event will cover the three sections in ATD's "Talent Development Capability Model" - personal, professional and organizational.
