Imagine...

  • Converting a one-week training course to only one day while simultaneously increasing performance proficiency by 50%
  • Reducing error rates from 10% to 1% without the cost of additional training
  • Enabling an inexperienced group of technicians to troubleshoot a system at the same level as experts.
You can accomplish all of this with well-crafted job-aids.

In this webinar, you will learn a seven-step design-thinking process that will guide you through the process of designing and building world-class job aids. You'll also examine tools you can use to facilitate their development, such as JobAider, Peregrine's new mobile performance support app, .

    You will:

    • Learn the secrets of how to recognize and create useful, exemplary job aids—job-aids that deliver measurable impact.
    • Learn what great performance support tools are and why they’re important.
    • See up-close some exemplary job aids in use in corporations today.
    • Walk through the development of a powerful web-based decision-making tool that a global pharmaceutical company deployed to help members of a safety communications team reduce risk by responding to adverse events faster and with greater confidence and accuracy.
In addition you'll receive two tools you can take away and apply in your own organization:
    • a free copy of Peregrine's JobAider app to download and take for a test drive.
    • a series of worksheets to support the design process used in the session.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

    • Explain what an exemplary job aid is and why it's important .
    • Apply four criteria to help answer the question: Should I use a job-aid in this situation?
    • Follow a seven-step process to design and create world-class performance support tools.
    • Explore the uses of mobile performance support apps—including downloading and using an example out in the market today.
