The People Analytics SIG Presents:
How to Harness the Emotions Behind Data to Attract, Engage, Retain—and Inspire—Your Employees

The importance and power of data is a hot topic in all business fields but we all know data can also be intimidating, overwhelming, and at times – far from exciting. Though data visualization is an important part of the solution, it is ultimately the emotions and storytelling behind the visuals that truly reach our hearts and minds and inspire us to take action. This session will focus on how to piece together and communicate the story of your data in powerful and impactful ways.

Member registration is now open.
Non-member registration opens on February 2nd.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Join us for a presentation at the intersection of people, business, and visual communication – with a twist and learn how you, too, can turn numbers into stories to connect with your audience and trigger action! You’ll get the special opportunity to select the story that’s most meaningful for you to review – from three powerful and inspiring real-life examples of how global companies have used data visual storytelling to communicate organizational change, strengthen their employer brand, and grow a culture of employee engagement and belonging:

  1. How Mondelez convinced hundreds of international employees to relocate to a “remote”, non-existing new location, оr
  2. How KMPG CEE (Central & Eastern Europe) celebrated its story of growth and outstanding talent development programs to build their employer brand and generate employee engagement, оr
  3. How Burgiss – and investment data company itself – helped its employees feel more interconnected across business units and better understand the value they provide to their clients.
