Back by popular demand! Building on the success of our last networking event, continue the conversation with ATD NYC’s experts and diverse community of members to tackle shared challenges and learn from one another’s successes.

We'll kick off the evening with a live musical performance to help us melt the work day stress away. Then, participants will have the option to join breakout rooms based on topic of interest. • Pandemic Parenting: Caregiver burnout is on the rise, how are organizations supporting working parents? Exchange best practices and tackle shared challenges with fellow parents and HR leaders.
• Future of Work:  What does the future of work look like in a post-pandemic world? Explore what changes may be here to stay with fellow thought leaders.
• Participants Choice: Not seeing the subject you'd like to discuss most? Participants will have the opportunity to share their preferred topic via live poll during the event to identify shared interests among attendees.
