ATD NYC is proud to participate in the ATD Regional Webinar Series. This collaboration of 6 ATD chapters (including Eastern PA, Greater Philadelphia, Mid NJ, Northern NJ, Long Island & New York City) is bringing together the best of our networks to provide world class presenters and content.  We look forward to sharing these webinars with you throughout 2021!

Every organization has a learning culture - the way that learning and development is woven into company culture, talent development and more. In this session, Cammy Bean will present an overview of a four staged learning maturity model Kineo developed as a reflection of our market insight work:

  • Chalk & Talk,
  • Brilliant Basics,
  • Investors in People
  • Future Gazers

We'll explore what drives organizations to accelerate their movement toward a greater level of learning maturity, and share examples of key activities and behaviors that organizations demonstrate as the move along the maturity model.
