About The Event:

For nonprofit and for-profit companies alike, the pandemic laid bare and exacerbated the enduring tension between employer and employee. For an organization to thrive, it must continue providing employment, but at what cost to the employee? The evolving social contract between both sides has exposed several gaps in people systems, processes and practices that have muddled pathways to success. This keeps employees in survival mode and can put the organization at risk in the short-term and the long-term.

This 60-minute workshop shares a clear, consistent approach to enable employees, regardless of role or level of positional authority, to confidently close the gap between their needs and their employer’s needs while advancing their wellbeing and that of the organization.

In this session, you will learn the following objectives:

  • Discover the biggest friction point between employers and employees today

  • Unpack the most effective factors to alleviate that friction

  • Learn an approach to close the gap between leadership goals and actions that can guide individual, team and organizational progress and momentum
