About This Event

Learning and development teams are facing numerous challenges as the workplace undergoes a significant transformation. The post pandemic has created a changing landscape and the move to a more remote or hybrid working environment has come with a shift in what employees expect or need from their workplaces. Trends such as accelerated demand for skills and progression, and the focus on employee experience, have placed additional pressure on L&D and talent development teams to provide solutions to these issues.

In this webinar, Alice Menhennet from Learn Amp will discuss how learning and development roles and strategies are evolving, and how they have been challenged and shaped by trends in the learning space. Learn Amp will share their insights from what they have seen across their global customer base and how they worked to link learning to skills and competencies and build a real community of learning.

Note: This webinar is being conducted at 12 p.m. NYC EST/5 p.m. London-GMT
