      About Our Panelists

      Lisa Bing | President - Bing Consulting Group, Inc., ATD NYC President 2003

      Lisa Bing is a strategy and leadership expert. Corporate executives, growing mid-cap companies and non-profits rely on Lisa, as President of Bing Consulting Group, Inc., to help accelerate strategy implementation and build up internal leadership and management capabilities.

      Lisa is a ATD NYC Past President and award winning consultant and speaker. Famed consulting wizard Alan Weiss says Lisa is an "avatar" for improving adult performance rapidly and dramatically. She is the first African-American Million Dollar Consultant Hall of Fame inductee. 


      Lindsay Fletcher | VP, Head of Global L&D - Allianz Commercial, ATD NYC President 2021 


      Lindsay Fletcher is a Director of Talent Development with 10+ years' experience in designing, managing and facilitating engaging learning experiences in 20 countries aorund the world. As a business partner for internal clients, Lindsay develops high performing teams by providing strategically aligned talent programs and high impact training interventions and being a creative disruptor in the Learning and Development field.

      Lindsay held the President role of ATD NYC in 2021 and still remains active in the chapter today. When not helping others develop their careers, he can be found hanging out with his two cats, learning a new language, or planning his next travel adventure. 


      Jennifer Jacovsky | Specialist, Guest Care Training - Spirit Airlines, ATD NYC President 2022


      As a Training Specialist at Spirit Airlines, Jennifer Jacovsky combines her passion and skillset in coaching, mentoring and training/facilitation to change the world one human at a time. With almost 10 years of experience in learning and development, she supports Spirit Airlines Guest Care team by taking complex policies and procedures and disseminating that information into something that is digestible, usable and memorable for their global front-line team who answer the phone and respond to your email, chat, text, or social media posts.

      Jenn is ATD NYC's most recent Past President and still remains active, leading the chapter as interim VP Talent Management and Technology to this day. 


      Gregory Simpson | Managing Director, Employee Experience - Agent in Engagement, LLC, ATD NYC President 2018, 2019 & 2020


      Gregory Simpson is the Managing Director at Agent in Engagement, a consultancy dedicated to enhancing workplace experiences for companies and their employees. He's led transformative initiatives for Fortune 150 firms, including Accenture, State Farm Insurance Cos, Deutsche Bank and Microsoft. Recognizing the fundamental importance of an engaged workforce for organizational success, Greg is on a mission to help company leaders provide compelling reasons for talented individuals to join, engage, and stay with their organizations.

      Additional Greg has been actively engaged in the ATD Community since 2015, serving at the national level as a member of the ATD Chapter Recognition Committee. Over his three terms as Chapter President and five years on the ATD NYC Board, the Chapter achieved remarkable success, garnering 17 ATD Sharing Our Success (SOS) awards and being named Chapter of the Month three times. While no longer in a formal role, Greg remains an active chapter volunteer.

      Jenny Eng | Senior Manager, Global LGX - VML, ATD NYC President 2023

      Jenny Eng is a strategic organizational development professional and is a huge believer of lifelong learning. In her experience, her best life lessons begin at the end of her comfort zone. She currently holds a global talent development role at VML, the industry's largest creative company; a global brand, commerce and customer experience agency, serving 30,000+ people in 64 markets worldwide.

      Integrating her experience and education, she designs human-centered talent and learning experiences that elevate business and organizational strategic capabilities. Jenny is the current President of ATD NYC.
