CAREER DEVELOPMENT SIG

The Career Development SIG exists to support the growth of our members who are interested in or have a career in talent development, learning, or a related field. 

The SIG will help facilitate active preparation, exploration, and practice around topics associated with the field. This may include, but is not limited to resumé building, interviewing, TD best practices, facilitation, and program management. 

The Career Development SIG strives to create a welcoming environment for the ATD NYC members to share their perspectives on these topics, ask questions about things they are unsure of, and crowdsource for new ideas that will elevate their work, which will ultimately support the members in creating the impact they would like to make at the current point in their careers.
