Our Goals

1. Diversify our Speakers Across Programs Including Chapter Events, Regional Webinars, SIGs, etc.

Increase BIPOC speakers and have 50% female and 50% male speakers 

2. Integrate it into our ATD NYC programs

Include topics related to DEI at least once a quarter

3. Share DEI Resources to our ATD NYC Community 

Publish in ATD NYC blog and across social email/email to share DEI resources for talent development leaders 

4. Highlight Diverse Community 

Showcase our ATD NYC board members, extended leadership team, and members throughout the year

5. Diversify Our Membership

Evaluate where we are with members and how to attract new members
