As talent development professionals, we have been entrusted with the responsibility of developing people, employees, and organizations. For us to effectively take care of others, we must first take care of ourselves. 

This aligned with our last Annual Member Survey results, in which wellbeing is one of the few key topics our members would find most helpful to learn and thrive in 2023. 

With this in mind, we've partnered with 28Muses to bring you a 3-part series of creative and wellness experiences throughout the year, starting with a virtual Haiku workshop.


About the event: 

All the words worth saying in one breath. We'll tap into the power of concision by writing and sharing observations and memories in the form of haikus, without the burden of counting syllables! Playful and insightful, this liberating experience will foster mindfulness and meaningful connection.

About Your Cultivator:

Alyssa Gundred is the Cofounder/CEO of 28Muses and a long time student of Japanese culture. She has traveled to Japan many times and shares her life-changing encounter in Japan with a Haiku master in this session. Previously, Alyssa was a Creative Director and the Head of Ops and HR for Myriad360, where Alyssa grew the company to over 100 employees.
