As organizations prepare to navigate a post-pandemic world, data shows that manager empowerment is more critical than ever in effectively driving productivity, improving employee satisfaction and reducing turnover. Hear from Dr. Natalie Baumgartner on her recent research and learn the four key levers of manager empowerment that you can apply at your organization today. Participants will also receive an exclusive copy of the annual Engagement and Retention Report from Achievers Workforce Institute.
