She will discuss advances in Training & Development, technology enabled learning, OD and Talent Management, as well as Employee Engagement and Recognition and Appreciation.

Presenter Bio:

Andrea G. Procaccino

Chief Learning Officer @ New York Presbyterian Hospital

Andrea Procaccino is a certified, award winning Senior Training Executive with over 15 years experience in global staff and management training, emerging instructional technologies, organization development, and program design and delivery. Ms. Procaccino joined New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY in 2014 as the Chief Learning Officer.

Prior to joining New York Presbyterian, Andrea was served as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Avon Products Inc. She brought innovative training solutions to the North American Sales market to increase field sales performance and increase employee engagement. She built an engaging and innovative mobile learning game app to teach Representatives how to sell Avon products as well as created a virtual 3D avatar based training world to increase learning agility and be more cost effective in training a geographically diverse workforce.

Prior to joining Avon, Ms. Procaccino was the Global Business Head of Training for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, a Johnson & Johnson company. While at J&J, she developed an innovative company-wide online drug development training program, created a virtual 3D training environment for global employees as well as numerous industry-wide training programs.

She holds multiple professional certifications as a master training director, Instructional Designer, Training Generalist and Performance Consultant. She is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the Direct Selling Association and the Direct Selling Women’s Association.
