ATD Forte Executive Webinar Series

May 15: Stephanie Trotter, Executive Coach, GSK

Group Coaching: Creating Connection Through Conversations

(Zoom information below)

Although we've had to reschedule the ATD Forte conference for late August, we continue to work hard to create value for our talent development community. We’ve reached out to our conference presenters to see if they'd be willing to share their experience and expertise via webinar; the response was overwhelming!

Each Friday from 12:00pm – 1:00pm, an executive from some of the largest organizations in the world will present relevant content with practical takeaways all talent development professionals can utilize. Note that this content will be related to and different from their ATD Forte presentation.

We hope you’ll join us every Friday at noon. If you miss a session, we will be posting them to our ATD Forte YouTube channel. Be sure to subscribe so you can easily keep track of the videos we post.

About Our Speaker:

Stephanie Trotter

Stephanie Trotter is an internal executive coach at GSK.  With diverse experiences as a business executive, organizational development consultant, and in leadership development, she supports the transformational growth of leaders at GSK.  Being a collaborative coach, she challenges her clients to have the courage to explore who they are, what are important to them, and pursue their true purpose.

Stephanie is known to be a strong, creative strategic thinker while grounded in practical business approaches and a solution-oriented mind set.  Real world experiences shape her coaching from her background as a sales leader who worked in the trenches.  Her coaching clients vary from emerging leaders to senior executives, from clients in San Francisco to Singapore, from teams to tech leaders—across all businesses.

As a member of the coaching team, she contributed to GSK’s 2016 ICF award by shaping the design of the Accelerating Differences program for Women and training Job Plus coaches, while coaching executive leaders who lead complex, transformational change.

During the Coronavirus isolation, Stephanie is stretching herself to meditate more, try new things, and learn how to paint her house!!! (even red!)  She is also seeing new sides to her kids, Jonathan, who knows how to cook, and Emily who is a budding artist.
