ATD NYC is proud to participate in the ATD Regional Webinar Series. This collaboration of 6 ATD chapters (including Eastern PA, Greater Philadelphia, Mid NJ, Northern NJ, Long Island & New York City) is bringing together the best of our networks to provide world class presenters and content.  We look forward to sharing these webinars with you throughout 2021!

NOTE: Registration opens on June 28th for members and on July 13th for nonmembers.

This webinar draws from the research which shows that the best opportunity for development occurs while doing one’s job (and even outside of work), and takes it even further by helping participants be smarter learners and intentional in their development.

Participants learn:

  • Proven and effective ways to develop (themselves and others)
  • How to gain lessons learned so development is meaningful and sticks

There are 2 essential questions related to becoming a smarter learner:

  1. Are there different ways to develop and if so, are some more effective than others?
  2. How do you convert a development opportunity into a learning experience?
