Engage your employees to increase productivity and profit.

Be part of this dynamic and thought-provoking session, in which Lily Benjamin’s background will inspire the generation of ideas on how to foster a culture of engagement and performance in your own organization. Lily will draw from her own experience on championing and driving enterprise-wide large-scale change management strategies to increase employee engagement, despite inherent and overwhelming challenges of doing more with less in today’s marketplace. During this session, workgroup exercises will focus on the following objectives:

* Gaining support from c-suite leadership

* Aligning professional development initiatives with overall business strategies

* Identifying strategies to increase employee engagement and personalize talent development

* Sharing best practices in a globally matrixed organization

According to recent research on the service-profit chain, there is a direct correlation between engagement and profitability. For this reason, focusing on employee engagement is a business imperative and a key to improving business performance. Employee engagement is a hot topic, as it has become understood that value is created by satisfied, loyal, and productive employees. Keeping employees satisfied and retaining top talent is a challenge due to changes in the global marketplace, as organizations have become flatter. There are now more interdependencies all around, both internally and externally.

Increasing engagement by leveraging the service-profit chain does not happen by chance. Elite CEOs and senior leadership must focus not only on clients but also on strategies of engagement that promote employee commitment and increased organizational performance. Leadership must be strategic and visible, as it is the perception of support that promotes employee loyalty to the success of the company, which leads to positive organizational performance.

In this session, Lily will draw from her experience in designing and integrating employee engagement strategies, generating significant cost savings, productivity, and organizational performance.
