What makes learning sticky? Learning embeds itself when learners are invested in the training we offer them, and apply it outside of the learning session. It remains sticky when there are supports that enable those new discoveries and skills beyond the classroom or elearning session.

In this webinar we will look at the ways we can design learning for stickiness, then involve managers in the application of the learning afterwards. We will use experiential, discovery learning and problem solving techniques to ponder where we are today, and consider how we can bring stickiness into our own systems.

In the end, you will know what makes learning sticky and be able to develop a learning experience that transfers.

At the end of this session, participants will:

* Recognize gaps that inhibit learning transference

* Be able to communicate to stakeholders and SMEs the value of sticky learning.

* Be able to map goals, outcomes, activities and assessments for alignment to ensure coherence

* Generate learning plans that include manager involvement
