About This Event

The Covid-19 pandemic upended the way we work overnight. Many organizations quickly transformed to working in a virtual environment and are now transitioning back to the office or hybrid environments. Work continued and so has the learning & development (L&D) function. Comprised of a panel of professionals with a vast amount of L&D experience, this session will focus on how L&D has changed and adapted to address the needs of employees and organizations in the current working environment.

Panelists will share best practices and highlights from their experiences and will cover topics such as:

  • Ideas on how to embrace and leverage the transformation of L&D
  • Continuing challenges and how they’re being addressed
  • Areas of opportunity
