About the Presenter

Nick Ryberg, President and Founder of Hunter-Ross, LLC, has expertise in employee engagement consulting, assessment solutions, workforce analytics, and executive level search projects.  He has over 30 years of combined experience in private sector human resources leadership in fortune 500 companies, including Nabisco, Mobil Chemical, FMC Corporation and Unilever, along with leading the development and growth of HR consulting and executive search businesses nationwide.  He is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and has certifications in multiple assessment and diagnostic tools with The Predictive Index, TTI Success Insights, and Qualtrics.  He has been recognized as a leader in the search industry.  Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive MBA Program at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
