Accountable Coaching is an inspiring experience based on a paradigm shift in understanding and using accountability as a coaching tool. Participants will gain practical methods and tools for enhancing the coaching experience.

Based on a belief that "as a Coach, you are your first client", this program emphasizes experiential learning through application to your own life and career. Participants will learn a new approach to accountability that not only achieves higher levels of successful outcomes, but does so by honoring the human spirit. Using a combination of highly interactive low tech, high tech, assessments, and breakouts, the following outputs and outcomes will be experienced by participants:
- Identify your Desired Breakthrough State Outcome and Purpose as a Coach
- Develop a strategy for playing a "Bigger Game" with courage and confidence as a coach in alignment with your Purpose and Desired Outcomes
- Gain fundamentals for Group/Team Coaching, necessary for leading edge coaching impact
- Understand and apply a model for diagnosing individual and team breakdowns for more effective root cause analysis
- Developing and sharing your Picture of Success for raising the level of your coaching role and for leading clients to their own transformation
