About The Event

Organizations that want to remain relevant and successful in 2023 and beyond must evolve and transform faster than ever. Large-scale strategy, technology and culture change is necessary to remain competitive and sustainable. Building change management capability is no longer a nice to have, but it’s a must-do --- and it begins with helping leaders and employees become "pilots" of change.

During this session we will discuss the following:

  • What types of workplace changes are most common?
  • Are companies succeeding or failing when it comes to managing workplace change?
  • How can organizations build change management capability?
  • What do leaders and employees need to become "pilots" of your change?

You will leave this session with:

  • A point of view on the volume and impact of change in your organization
  • A better understanding of your organization’s change management strengths and weaknesses
  • A near-term action plan to build your organization's change management capabilities
