About The Event
Organizations that want to remain relevant and successful in 2023 and beyond must evolve and transform faster than ever. Large-scale strategy, technology and culture change is necessary to remain competitive and sustainable. Building change management capability is no longer a nice to have, but it’s a must-do --- and it begins with helping leaders and employees become "pilots" of change.
During this session we will discuss the following:

- Are companies succeeding or failing when it comes to managing workplace change?
- How can organizations build change management capability?
- What do leaders and employees need to become "pilots" of your change?

About The Presenter
