70% of employees are disengaged from their jobs

Do you feel like you've been running your career like Goldilocks: constantly moving from one opportunity to the next, trying to find the bowl of porridge that's "just right" for you?

Are you working with clients that feel this way and are looking for tools to help them transition into more meaningful and fulfilling work?

Are you looking to find and hire candidates whose experience and ambitions align with the vision and mission of your organization?

Career Clarity: Finally Find the Work That Fits Your Values and Lifestyle by Lisa Lewis Miller can help you figure out why it’s so difficult to find a professional path that truly fits. Packed with practical exercises and real life stories it provides pathways to create an inspiring vision, test potential ideas, and finally execute a successful job search.

This book is the product of reading hundreds of studies, books, and articles trying to figure out why people end up so dissatisfied in their work -- and what to do about it. The elements of a fulfilling career are both universal and deeply personal, and understanding them is half the challenge. A career path is truly a lifelong journey, and life's too short to do work that doesn't light you up. Let Lisa Lewis Miller be your guide on how to pioneer a path and chart the course that best fits you.
