Assessments are commonly used in L&D programs, from entry level training courses to high level leadership programs. The number of organizations that offer assessments has grown and the assessment options have grown with them. But which one do you use and when?

Participating in an assessment can lead to an insightful view of self-discovery and personal growth, yet the vast number of assessment options available today can also lead to some confusion. Confusion about which to use, how to handle debriefing the results and how to built a path forward using the assessment data.

Although assessments have been with us for some time now and used in development programs worldwide, their increased availability and targeted focus makes it ever more important to pick the right tool for the required need. This event will explore the role and value of using assessments in your programs, how to choose and use them, while discussing the relevance of assessment certifications.
