Session Description:

Your training is now all online. Phew! You’re working remotely and this new normal has sort of set in. But, just moving your training online or converting it to digital quickly shouldn’t be the end-game. People learn by doing and a focus on performance should always be the measure of success for all training and learning curriculum.

There is enormous potential for the creation and deployment of accessible and effective alternatives to Instructor-Led Training (ILT). Many powerful and innovative technologies (our new friends like Zoom, WebEx, etc) support remote and individualized training. In addition to VILT technology and solutions, personalized asynchronous e-learning solutions or a blended solution can truly provide Meaningful, Memorable, and Motivational learning experiences that a learner needs to improve performance and be successful.

In this webinar, you’ll take away practical advice to:

  • Assess the challenges and provide straightforward strategies for optimal course structures, learner engagement, interactivity, assessments and ensuring performance improvement from a distance
  • Best leverage digital delivery solutions such as virtual classroom training (VILT), asynchronous e-learning training solutions, and even blended learning
  • Evaluate what the next steps look like to turn your transition into a long term success
  • Apply these tips even if you have a small team or are a one-man-band cranking out learning with limited resources, budget and time!
