The ATD Talent Development Capability Model™ is your blueprint for impact and it sets a new standard for the field. This future-oriented model can be personalized and it responds to trends affecting talent development such as digital transformation, data analytics, information availability, and partnerships between talent development and business.

The model (free to all!) informs practitioners what they need to know and do to develop themselves, others, and their organizations.

Join this incredibly insightful event, hosted in partnership with ATD National, if you want to:

  • Learn more about your professional areas of strength
  • Learn more about your areas of professional opportunity to develop
