- Speaker & venue were great!
- Make time for a little networking before the presentation - with drinks. And ensure it is clear who is there for the event/networking vs hanging around wework. Also pls make sure the space is mostly private. At the beginning of the event it seemed like there were a lot of loud/distracting conversations happening in the space among non-event-goers.
- It was my first ATDNY event and it would have been helpful if the timing was more clearly detailed, i.e., the specific blocks of time for networking and for the program. The event itself was great - Maeve was terrific!
- Host at a quieter setting (less background noise), introduce new members
- I got more out of the networking aspect of the event than the presentation. The speaker was difficult to hear and didn't go as deep into the subject as I had hoped. It was the type of high level stuff on the subject that most of us have heard before. I'd like to see more interactive facilitated events on the chapter level rather than just speakers.
