We have organized our interviewers and our interviews for our 2019 Board candidates are underway. The roles of President, VP Programs, and VP Marketing are still accepting applications. It’s ATD Member Week!
ATD celebrates Member Week from September 9-13. Throughout the week, ATD national members will have access to daily, exclusive sales on the most popular ATD products and services. Job Board
There is an opening for a Program Manager to support the CUNY partnership with the Department of Correction. This role will initially focus on project managing the development of several key eLearning modules. Learn more: https://www.rfcuny.org/careers/postings?pvnID=PS-1907-003172
An Institute is looking for a dynamic instructor to lead an “Instruct the Instructor” class. They would like a professional trainer to share tips and tricks on how to be a better instructor, tools to engage, key strategies, a simple “how to.” The class is planned for a half or full-day session in NYC. Meeting Space Assistance
We are asking for your help in identify meeting space for our Chapter events, SIG events, or workshops. As a non-profit, we rely on our members to help. Talk to any Board member or email contact@atdnyc.org if you have available space or have suggestions for us to pursue.
CPLP Study Group
Our CPLP Study group now has 3 members. If you would like to join them, please email contact@atdnyc.org. You can also find study tools in the ATD Store.
During Member Week (Sep 9-13), ATD national members can save 10% (about $100) on the Preparing for the CPLP: On-Demand Course which includes the CPLP Learning System.
Note: The CPLP exams will be changing in line with the ATD Competency Model revamp. Updated preparatory materials are expected to be available in early 2020. I would encourage you to direct any chapter members who are interested in pursuing the CPLP or APTD in the near future to reach out to our certification team with further questions.
