ATD NYC: What You Need to Know – May 8, 2019
Board Role Tenure Update
The 2019 Board is currently revising the bylaws to make the President-Elect and Past President roles optional. This would mean that the President role commitment would be become one (1) year vs. the current three (3) year commitment. This change will require the approval (vote) of our membership. You can learn more about Board roles here: 2019 Board of Directors Information.
If you are interested in a Board role that is currently open or in a 2020 Board role, email email@example.com or talk with any Board member.
Chapter Volunteer Opportunities
There are several Associate Vice President (AVP) and other roles available. If you are interested and want to learn more about these opportunities, visit the Volunteer section of our website or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
ATD International Conference and Exposition
While we were unsuccessful in forming a Chapter Team this year, we are excited that some of our members will be attending. If you’re interested in sharing your experiences/learnings at ICE, email us at email@example.com.
CPLP Study Group Interest?
One of our members is interested in participating in a CPLP Study group. If you are interested in helping form a study group, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also find study tools in the ATD Store.
