About Micro-Conference

Find your route forward.

The world of work is changing fast, and New Yorkers are adapting faster. So we’ve planned our 3rd annual Micro-Conference to be a week-long workforce development experience designed to help you build job-ready skills, make meaningful connections, and gain confidence in your next career move.

This year’s theme, Rethinking the Route, invites us to look at how technology, new industries, and human connection are reshaping the way we grow our careers. Whether you’re entering the workforce, pivoting industries, or looking to advance your skills, this program will help you get on track.

Why It Matters
Too many New Yorkers are ready to grow but face barriers — cost, time, or lack of access to opportunity. Subway to Success 3.0 tackles those challenges directly, making professional growth affordable, accessible, and community-powered.

Who Should Attend

  • Professionals exploring higher-paying roles in tech, media, and STEM
  • HR & L&D professionals supporting workforce growth and inclusion
  • Unemployed or underemployed New Yorkers ready to relaunch or advance their careers
