Leadership Creates a Ripple Effect

How leadership scales from self, to team, to system

Most organizations know leadership matters. They know stronger leadership can improve performance, strengthen culture, and help navigate change.

What isn't always clear is where to start.

Should you focus on individual leaders? Strengthen leadership teams? Invest in culture? Improve organizational systems?

Drawing on Leadership Circle's experience supporting organizations across industries and stages of growth, we'll explore a practical framework for strengthening leadership effectiveness—from self, to team, to system—and what it takes to create sustainable impact across an organization.

Together, we'll examine how organizations can build leadership capability, strengthen team effectiveness, and create the conditions for growth, transformation, and long-term success.

Whether you're leading change, developing talent, or guiding organizational strategy, you'll leave with a broader perspective on how leadership creates impact far beyond the individual leader.

During this 60-minute session, we’ll explore:

  • Why organizations can start leadership development at different points—and how leadership effectiveness expands from the individual, to the team, to the organization
  • The ripple effect leadership creates from self, to team, to system
  • A practical framework for strengthening leadership effectiveness across multiple levels of an organization
  • What it takes and how to get started to create sustainable leadership impact that scales beyond a single leader, team, or initiative

    Who This Session Is For

    • HR, talent, and organizational development leaders responsible for developing leadership capability, building leadership pipelines, and shaping organizational culture.
    • Consultants, advisors, and executive coaches supporting leaders, teams, and organizations through change, growth, and complex business challenges.

    Meet the Facilitator

    Carolina Páez Galvis

President of Global Regions, Countries, and Community

Carolina brings more than 30 years of experience advising senior leaders in complex and rapidly changing environments to her work at Leadership Circle. She has worked with CEOs, presidents, and executive teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, align strategy and culture, and navigate organizational growth, transformation, and change.

In her work with organizaticarolina_paez_bio_pic_circleons around the world, Carolina Páez Galvis has found that the most meaningful transformation rarely ends with a single intervention. Whether an organization starts with an executive leader, a leadership team, or a broader organizational initiative, lasting change happens when leaders begin to see the connections between individual effectiveness, team dynamics, and the systems that shape everyday behavior.
