About This Event

Senior leaders think differently, and the way we frame our ideas determines whether they land as strategic value or internal noise.

Join us for an interactive SIGLab focused on strengthening how talent development professionals communicate, influence, and build credibility with senior leaders.

This session will combine brief framing concepts with a highly interactive, hands-on breakout practice, giving participants the opportunity to refine real-world messaging in a collaborative environment.

Through guided exercises and peer discussion, you will:

• Practice translating ideas into clear business problems

• Strengthen how you connect recommendations to outcomes

• Identify common credibility gaps in senior conversations

• Apply Senior Leader framing techniques to your own scenarios

• How senior leaders process information and make decisions
• Common credibility traps that reduce influence
• How to frame recommendations around business impact
• One practical shift you can apply immediately
