DEI Open Forum
From Silence to Strategy: Reclaiming Inclusion Through Lived Practice
Tuesday, July 15, 2025 | 5-7:30pm | TED@Work offices
About The Event
This DEI Forum is a 90-minute, experiential gathering designed to crowdsource inclusive practices through personal reflection, dyadic listening, group synthesis, and somatic participation. It is structured to move participants from internal awareness to shared action, inviting each person to contribute lived experience to a collective wisdom harvest.
The session is not a panel or a lecture. It is a facilitated container for reflection, honest exchange, embodied engagement, and generative dialogue, rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, and tiny-habit formation.

2. Wisdom harvesting through action-focused Post-it Notes
3. Group synthesis of emergent inclusion themes
4. Somatic heat map to measure felt impact
5. Small group application
