Introducing…ATD NYC Co-work and Connect! A new pilot program for you to come together, crush some work, and connect with fellow TD professionals.

Modern professionals face two key challenges:

  • Lack of time and energy for deep, focused work.

  • Limited opportunities to meet professionals outside their teams and organizations.

    This program is designed to tackle both, providing a structured environment for attendees to connect, support each other, and stay accountable—while also having fun!

    When it starts

    Every other Friday from 1:00 to 2:30pm EST, beginning April 4th. 

    Who you will meet

    Talent development professionals from NYC and beyond, looking to work together, share ideas, and support your work.

    How it works

     Welcome & Intentions (10-15 min)
    • All participants will be placed into breakouts at the start of the session.
    • Introduce yourself and set your intention for the session (e.g., finish a project proposal, write a LinkedIn post, research a topic).
    Co-working Sprint (40-50 min)
    • Silent working time.
    • You can choose to leave your cameras on for accountability or turn them off for focus time.
    Check-In & Reflection (10-15 min)
    • Reconvene to discuss your progress, key takeaways, and next steps.
    Networking & Wrap-Up (10 min)
    • Engage in a small group discussion around shared interests or schedule follow-up 1:1s to connect or discuss your project in more detail.
