The Value of Reframing as a Leader

Hosted by the Greater Philadelphia Chapter

Wednesday, March 26th | 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. ET | Zoom

About This Event

Since leaders operate from myriads of current and prior experiences, their performance is affected on a day-to-day basis. Reframing is a cognitive strategy that allows leaders to change how current and prior experiences are viewed.

This presentation focuses on helping leaders understand how to identify gaps and seize opportunities through the power of reframing to facilitate their development as a leader, thereby resulting in improved organization outcomes.
