About the event:
This career vision exercise is designed to help people identify and achieve their career goals. Through self-reflection and exploration of past experiences, participants will discover what drives them and what they are passionate about. The interactive discussion will guide them through creating a roadmap to their dream job by identifying the skills they need to acquire and the steps they need to take to get there.

We will explore four main areas.

- Where do I want to go?
- How do I get there?
- Who can help me get there?
About the speaker:
Jesse Nguyen is the founder of Feed Learning, a talent and organizational development firm offering training workshops, individualized coaching, and consulting services to help organizations grow through their people. Jesse has 16+ years of experience managing HR, Talent Acquisition & Talent Development functions for various industries, including retail, non-profits, startups, financial services, logistics and distribution, pharma, and healthcare. In her spare time, Jesse enjoys adventures with her husband and two daughters, playing volleyball and tennis, and binge-watching the current #1 TV show on Netflix.
